Anne Stenhouse writes historical romance, serials for People’s Friend, occasional short stories and has written drama and non-fiction. She combines her need to tell stories and craft English with a love of history.
Anne has worked as a factory operative, shop assistant, civil servant and in addictions’ support. She enjoys travelling, walking, gardens (other folks) architecture (and here) and dancing (does this herself).
Anne is currently published by Muse-It-Up, Linford Romance and Endeavour Media. Her historical novels are set in Regency London and Edinburgh and are dialogue rich with a touch of humour. Her serials for People’s Friend are more up-to-date and even contemporary.
Anne has been a member of the RNA committee helping with Awards and Events. She is also a member of the Society of Authors.
