Evonne Wareham writes escapist romantic thrillers set in her homeland of Wales and in favourite holiday locations in Europe. She has a doctorate in history but keeps that well away from writing about love and mayhem in glamorous locations. Her books have won awards in the UK and in America.
After many years spent in London, Evonne now lives on the South Wales coast, where she walks on the beach, watches the rain and procrastinates. Sometimes she writes, preferably about places where the sun shines.
She has been a member of the Romantic Novelists’ Association for a number of years and is a graduate of their famous New Writers’ Scheme, winning the Joan Hessayon Award for her debut novel, Never Coming Home.
