Fiona Perrin wanted to be an author but got waylaid by kids, a full-on job and LIFE before getting on with putting it all on the page. A CBC Creative course and a lot of wine helped her overcome imposter author syndrome and eventually finish comic romance HOW NOT TO GET DIVORCED published by Aria (Head of Zeus) in 2018, followed by HOW TO MAKE TIME FOR ME, summer 2019.

Fiona grew up in Cornwall, hung out for a long time in London and then Hertfordshire, and now writes as often as possible from her study overlooking the sea at the end of the Lizard peninsula – back in Cornwall.

As a mother and stepmother to four teenagers, second-time married, with a business career, she writes grown-up commercial romantic fiction about messy, modern love and families – with all their heartbreak, humour and hope.
