Gail Richards started her writing life with short stories published in charity anthologies: Gentle Footprints for the Born Free Foundation in 2010 and 50 Stories for Pakistan in the same year to help those affected by floods in Pakistan.
She has had short stories published in women’s magazines and four pocket novels for My Weekly and the People’s Friend. The first of these, A Match for the Footman, about a Victorian housemaid, has also been published in large print, with a second large print Victorian novella due out in 2021.
