Lesley Cookman

Lesley Cookman is the author of the Libby Sarjeant mystery series. A former freelance journalist, she has also written short fiction for women’s magazines, pantomimes which are published and performed regularly all over the UK, and even a Music Hall musical, commissioned by the British Music Hall Society, for which she was once editor of its magazine, The Call Boy.

She has four grown up children and lives on the Kent coast with two cats, thus conforming to the stereotype of a mad lady writer. She has been a member of the RNA for longer than she cares to remember.
