I was born in a small village in South Wales. I’ve worked in computer-accounting, Third-World fishery projects, done lots of book and magazine translations, had freelance jobs with German publishers and I’ve also taught in language schools.
I’m married with two grown-up children. My daughter was born in Liberia, West Africa, where we lived for over four-years. We’ve travelled a lot – as much as money and time allowed – and I love using foreign backgrounds in my stories.
I write contemporary romance without too much explicit sex. I’ve published stories with DC Thomson, FC Thorpe and Robert Hale Ltd. A German publisher, Cora Verlag, Hamburg (a 100% subsidiary of Harlequin, Toronto) publish some of my stories under the pseudonym of Anne Harris. A story of mine was published by a magazine in serial form in Sweden and Norway, and I’ve also published some short stories.
Apart from caring for my family and Moses, the cat, my main activity is writing, writing, writing (plus stacks of reading, and some ballroom dancing thrown in, just for fun).
