I am deeply honoured to be shortlisted for this award. I’ve been a member of the RNA for years and I’ve always admired the great authors who have been shortlisted. To be among their number is a privilege. I’m also very happy that my self-published book was selected, showing that self-publishing has come along in huge strides to be considered equal in the industry.
