I live in a house with two teenagers, an over excited Labrador, a gang of unruly cats and a rugby mad Welsh husband. On the morning of my 40th birthday I decided to follow my dream of writing books. I’ve always enjoyed writing funny stuff and my mum still has the letters I used to write to her when I was at university and turned aspects of my student life into a comedy. When I am not writing I am a romantic book blogger so I get to read, review and cry over other romance books.
My first novel – Instructions For Falling In Love Again is about lonely widow, Pippa, who finds her late husband, Dan, wrote her and their kids instructions in little notebooks on how to live their life without him. It has been three years since Dan passed away and Pippa knows she has to change life. Dan’s red notebook for her contained his instructions on how to fall in love again. Writing this book was the best thing I have ever done.
My new romcom series – The Roxy Collins Diaries will be launching in 2021. Roxy Collins is my oldest and favourite character. She was the first comedy series I ever wrote and I showcased some parts on my blog in 2015. Since then I have revamped her and now she’s going to get her own book series. Follow me on social media for more news on Roxy and her diaries.
